What Causes Faintness After Having Few Bites In Dinner?

Sometimes after a few bites at dinner only, ( no other meal) I start to not feel well and soon get very clammy and faint. I need to lie down immediately and then even after I recover, I am exhausted the rest of the evening. What would cause this? I am a very healthy person and exercise regularly. This has been happening for about a year now and about 8 times. I just has a 3 hour blood test that came back normal and don t know what to do.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I would like to say that you have to get done the blood glucose test, if this comes normal then no need to worry about this because such symptom is functional, and this wont be harmful to you, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
