What Causes Fall In GFR In Case Of Stage 3 CKD?

hi i have ckd stage 3, my gfr is 45. the doctors are now trying to work out why in 6 months my gfr has gone from 82 to 45. i have been taking extra strong pain killers which has contained 300mg of asprin would this not have helped the fall in my gfr? many thanks debbie (aged 45) and only kidney!

Sudden fall in gfr could be due to pain killer intake,herbal or ayurvedic medicinal intake,infections and dehydration. About ecosprin 300 mg,it is possible. Ecosprin 75 mg is the recommended safe dose in CKD
