hi, sir my question is a lot of semen fall out at night dream & at time of latrine from age of 12years & i am unmarried at this time my age is 32 years i do not feel about sex looking for women/ladies, my marriage is going in six months please tell me about good madicin & good suggetion about health.

There is nothing wrong with you. this is normal for guys not having sex or masturbating as semen production is a continuous process through out the life and when there is no release then it comes out during urination or defecation or during erotic dreams at night.
