What Causes False Positive For Cannabis In Blood Test?

I take 375mg of Naproxen twice a for back pain and headaches dad. I had a urine test recently and found that i had cannabis in my system. I'm in the medical field a can not lose my job over this. I was give this drug from the VA can there be a false reading.

Causes of false positive THC tests are errors by a specialist dong the tests. Inhibition by sodium, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications and medications used for nausea and vomiting are also cause of false positive THC tests.
