What Causes False Positive For Methcathinone On A Drug Test Report?

Good day. I have been for a urine drug test. It came back positive for Cat. I dont use drugs. The doctor ask me what medicine Im using. I made a list of everyting. He says there no way that any of the meds test positive. Im about to loose my job for someting I did not do. Please I need help
