What Causes False Positive For Cocaine When On Pain Management Treatment?

I have been in pain management and my test came back positive for cocaine. I have never used anything,I don't even drink or smoke cigarettes. I was very sick over the past month and the weekend before. I was still recovering from passing a kidney stone. And battling a stomac bug with vomiting and diarhea severe ear infection. I was taking amoxicillian, Vicks nasal spray, Percocet prescribed from pain management. I also take thyroid med, lido deem patch and compound cream withkrta,bupi,dicl,done,GABA,orphaned,pent. The nurse hung up on me and I have tried many times to talk to the doctor and no one will call me

I think u have on bupenorphine which is opoid partial agonist and its is opoid product and and test came false possitive due to opoid product and less chance for cocain.
