What Causes False Positive Test Report For Cocaine?

My husband smokes crack every day (not around me). I have not used in almost 2 months. Yet I had a urine drug test that tested positive for cocaine. Could this be from swallowing his semen? Trying to figure out how I tested positive when previous tests were negative.

Very unlikley to be from swallowing his semen simple because it is only about 1 teaspoon. False positives are quite common. I've heard that antidepressants can, but this is probably wrong. LIDOCAINE certainly can cross react.
