What Causes Fast Heart Beat Along With Chest Pain And Nausea?

I don t know what s wrong with me but since last Thursday I haven t been feeling right I ll feel calm one minute and whenever I press my hand to my chest my heartbeat is extremely fast and my hands shake I get little sharp pains in my heart I feel nauseated and so tired like I m gonna pass out any minute.

Your symptoms can suggest an arrythmia. It can be very dangrous sometimes. You should definitly go to a hospital and fo an ecg amd the rest of the work up for your fast heart rate. It might be simple tachycardia or can be SVT or atrial fibrillation. The last one can lead to dangrous outcomes. Work is absolutly necessary.
