Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to tell you that symptoms can be because of heart disease or severe epigastric reflux, but an evaluation to exclude heart disease is important.

Kindly get an ECG, Echocardiography and stress test done as per your healthcare provider advised so that proper treatment can be given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap
