What Causes Fast Heart Beat, Chest Pain And Numbness In Arms At Night?

I am waking up with heart racing, chest pain and arms numb in the middle of the night. They say my heart is fine but rather might be anxiety attack. This all started after I got strep and has gone on for 6 weeks. No pior anxiety issues. YYYY@YYYY
