Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that fast heart rate after having meals specifically happens Dr to low blood pressure because after meals blood supply goes towards stomach and blood pressure falls and to to maintain blood pressure in the body heart rate increase. Kindly take small and frequent meals , avoid spicy and fried, drink plenty of liquids. If this is very frequent and faces any symptoms like fainting or near fainting then consult a physician personally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello

Increased heart rate could be due to heart disease rhythm or conduction dysfunction if all the tests regarding this is unremarkable then the high heart rate could be due to anxiety and nonspecific, if you go on reading on your own without any apparent reason, it may creates a panic due to over consciousness, you need to ask the physician about it or go get done the EKG on and often, underlying cause need to be found out with all the possible tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
