Increased heart rate could be due to heart disease rhythm or conduction dysfunction if all the tests regarding this is unremarkable then the high heart rate could be due to anxiety and nonspecific, if you go on reading on your own without any apparent reason, it may creates a panic due to over consciousness, you need to ask the physician about it or go get done the EKG on and often, underlying cause need to be found out with all the possible tests.
