What Causes Fast Heartbeat, Dizziness, Headache, Bloating And Kidney Pain?

Hello, I seem to be getting frequent mild headaches that can sometimes get a little bit more severe accompanied by heavy pounding heartbeat, dizziness and lethargy. I constantly feel like I need to go the restroom and some days I can (but most of my movements are soft or liquid, and little ammounts) and other days I can t really go at all, I just get really bloated. From time to time I also get a dull pain in my kidney areas as well. It s really starting to worry me but I don t have insurance so I can t be seen about it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fast heartbeat, dizziness, headache, bloating and kidney pain which seems to be either infection or inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. The symptoms can also occur due to kidney stone or kidney problem . I would suggest you to proton pump inhibitors and antacids such as Pantprazole along with domperidone. You should take antispasmodics as well. Avoid intake of large foods and try to prefer small and frequent meals. You should take oral rehydration solution for maintaining the hydration and electrolyte balance of the body. You should consult gastroenterologist once and get complete blood investigations done. Start treatment after proper diagnosis. Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for problem like migraine .Take plain and soft food and avoid hot, sharp and spicy food substances. Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
