Hello and welcome to HCM,
Ultrasound of the left buttock is required to know the type of lesion and its extent to surrounding structures.
A growth in the left buttock region can involve the surrounding structures and thus have deleterious effect on surrounding structures.
A fine needle aspiration cytology and/ or biopsy of the lesion may be required to know exact nature of the lesion.
If the lesion turns out to be neoplastic, surgical excision of the mass may be done.

Thanks and take care
