What Causes Fatigue Along With Abdominal Bloating?

I took a pregnancy test yesterday and It came back negative and I’ve had 3 periods since having unprotected sex however I’ve become really fatigue, I’ve gained stomach fat and I have that brown line from my belly button to the start of my pubic hair along with need to urinate frequently and I’m sure my boobs have increased in size Could I be pregnant or could this just be ovulation?
