What Causes Fatigue Along With Body Ache And Swollen Legs?

I have been tested for diabetes, and lupus. Both have come back negative. I have an appointment with a new doctor in a week and would like to come in and talk with him effectively about my condition. Should I keep a journal and bring that to him,or speak with him first? I have had several surgeries and necritizing facciitis, sepsis, and am experiencing whole body aching, swelling in my right leg and chronic fatigue. I am 45 year old female.

Consult a physician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possibilities like renal dysfunction and hypoalbuminemia.
