What Causes Fatigue Along With Bruises In The Thighs?

my niece who is 20 years old who had a flu for a week, she was complaining about fatigue even after being rested from a sleep. Had some unexplained bruising on her thighs, some of which have disappeared and some still there. Her voice of hoarse and she has dark circles below here eyes. She used to take iron supplement (not prescribed) then she stopped taking it. What could it be?

it can be flu-which is viral infection and can give risetomyalgia and general debility bruising in thigh can be herpes and it requeres local examination by doctor and further investigation if recomanded.
