What Causes Fatigue Along With Constipation And Depression?

I have been hypothyroid for the last 40 years. I still have a lot of the symptoms of hypothyroidism even though I have always been on Levothyroxin. I am always tired, constipated, have depression, gaining weight, losing hair, and a few others. My question is, would you recommend taking T3?

A new evaluation of your thyroid functions (TSH, free T3, and T4 levels) will be very important. From your results, you may feel better if your drugs are adapted to suit your present situation. A visit to an endocrinologist may be very helpful.
