What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Appetite Loss?

I just visited the Drs office and with symptoms of fatigue, dizziness, loss of appetite, major headache which leads to nausea. He told me it was just a virus and prescribed me some prednisone. I still feel week and now I have a red rash forming around chest and neck area. It doesn t itch but I have been getting very hot. It would almost appear to be sunburn, but I have not been in the sun,

Hi,

I too think that it might be a virus. You can wait for 5 days and if it doesn't get better you may visit the doctor for further analysis. You can be checked for diabetes and thyroid problems.
