What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Excessive Sweating?

I feel weakness, giddiness every time, everytime fearing, sensation of falling down from building. I used to masturbate a lot. After this, this has happened. I am suffering from this from 6 years. Sweating is also there. Sexual weakness is also there. My age is 30 years. Please help me.
