What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Extreme Thirst?

Hello, I feel extremely tired, dizzy and thirsty these days. I sleep all the time and it s never enough. My muscles are painful, I passed out many times last two weeks and decided to see a doctor today as I couldn t go to work because of my low energy . My doctor thinks that it could be a thyroid problem so he recommended a check up, 30 blood tests and some US... I can t wait to get the results tomorrow. Last month I went to hospital (emergency) because I woke up with a terrible pain inside. The blood test showed high MCH and MPV levels (12fL/30.8pg) but I went back home after they said that there was nothing to be worried about. The problem is that I live in a foreign country and it s hard to find doctors who speak english and I feel like my husband doesn t tell me about every little thing... I mean I couldn t have that chance to explain my health problems in details in order to help the doctors find out what s wrong with me. Now, I would like to know what do the high levels of my MCH and MPV mean. Thanks in advance. Sara / 27 y o
