What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Headache?

I had an epsisode this morning. I felt fatigue, slightly dizzy, When I looked at people they were bright white,and other things trees were black. I then got a headache. I sat down and rested for about 15 minutes and drank some water and recuperated and went back to work. any illness that would have these symptons?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to electrolyte imbalance or dehydration. In that condition this can happen. Check your electrolytes level in blood,blood pressure and ECG also. Taking fruits or juices will be helpful.
