General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking. I understand your concern.
- Mostly nausea, vommitting could be basic symptom... due to gastric upset, indigestion, liver or gall bladder problem....leading to starving... low blood pressure followed by fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness, blurryvision .
-Alternatively it can becirculatory heart problem .. which needs to be excluded if no other cause is found.
Take tablet ranitidine over the counter.. take glucose water sip by sip.Take rest.& You should consult a physician/cardiologist if needful to get specific treatment.
Thanks
