What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I have been experiencing fatigue, upper mid and lower abdomen pain after eating, and dizziness upon standing even if only sitting for a short period of time. I ve also had slight weight gain (about 10 lbs) in the last 2-3 weeks. I have gull stones and a hernia in my bellybutton. No chance of being pregnant, had a tubal and ablation 10 years ago.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to history provided you are having abdominal pain along with dizziness complaint and so for that a viral gastritis can be the possibility.
It can be treated symptomatically with the antacids. But for your dizziness other courses also should be ruled out and for that first of all check your blood pressure. Blood sugar level also should be checked to rule out hypoglycemia. Ear infection also can lead dizziness like complaints so also it should be ruled out. If dehydration or anemia like history prison then kindly provide history regarding that.
