What Causes Fatigue Along With Dizziness?
Lately i ve been very tired and feel sick all the time i do have some tonsil problems but i dont know if this is bad i have family with cancer and my symtoms of sleepiness and some dizziness sometimes my hearing will give out and i can only hear a little and then it will come back later.

I think you should do some tests to get evaluated and diagnosed.
Do a total blood count and thyroid hormones T3, T4 and TSH.
Also, visit an ENT doctor for hearing problems and nausea and dis-balance. This may be caused by problems with the inner ear.
