hello, I am 26 years old and started noticing a few months ago, that I feel very tired, always fatigued and sleepy and not only that. I have noticed that I have memory loss,i forget things a lot..i am constantly writing things down. example I work at a clinic and forget things .. lets say I weighed a pt , then I forget what the number was,.

What is your weight? overweight?
Diet and passing stool normal or constipation?
Any way do investigation for thyroid?
Do TFT/CBC/Blood sugar level and review.
In hypothyroid the above complaints will be there.
