What Causes Fatigue Along With Green Bowel Movements?

Both myself and my mother(she is in her 80 s) and I am 55 are experiencing weird symptoms: I had it since Sunday evening and seemed better by Tuesday, but now it is kicking in me again, and she had problems yesterday and today now. Our symptoms are: fatigue, hot to cold sensations, feeling sick in our stomachs, and wierd greenish, algae looking bowels. Could it be a stomach flu in the summer? Or something we ate?

As you mentioned you have problem of green stool problem that may be because of stomach flu or bacterial infection or celiac disease or giardia infection or more bile pigment in stool or more iron rich food taken or other reasons...
