What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Fever?
My daughter is 24 years old and overall is very healthy. She exercises regularly and is lactose intolerant. She mainly eats chicken, salads, fruits and vegetables and occasionally has smoothies. Recently she has been very fatigued, has headaches, trouble focusing ( currently taking adderall for add), has an occasional fever and sweats. She is having blood work done but was told from her doctor that she may have lupus. How is this diagnosed and what is a general prognosis of this?

Hi,
Fatigue along with headache and fever are signs of blood or urine infection. Would advise you to do blood and urine culture test. Depending on result antibiotic needs to be taken.
