What Causes Fatigue Along With Headache And Low Heart Rate?

Hi, I am seventy years old and after heart attack in 2014 I am on customize ,Ecosprin av 150/20,and plavix 75. Recently I have noticed following symppoms, 1-easily getting tired 2-slight head ache 3-BP not getting controlled, 4-Heart rate some times goes dangerously low although when doctor checks it,,this is around 52. Doctors are saying wait and watch and ,just added Cilacar 5mg at night . PL suggest satya

All the drugs you mentioned are important to prevent further heart attacks, kindly check your hemoglobin level as some of these drugs make cause unnoticed bleeding from gastrointestinal tract and dicrease hemoglobin which will result in easyfatigubility.
