What Causes Fatigue Along With Headaches And Forgetfulness?

I have (never ever had) elevated hemoglobin/hematocrit, low WBC, low vitamin D3 (33), elevated B12 (I don t supplement), and borderline high calculated calcium at 10.1. I am postmenopausal x 3 years. I do take a topical estrogen cream, oral progesterone cream, and a topical testosterone cream that I use 2-3 times weekly. All low doses and I have been on these for over 3 years and have never had increased H/H. I am always tired, can fall asleep anywhere, have horrible headaches, and very forgetful. I do not have generalized abdominal pain. I do have occasional epigastric pain. no nausea or vomiting. bowel movements and urination are normal.
