What Causes Fatigue Along With Inflamed Lymph Nodes In The Armpit?

Sir I have been very very tired for about a year now. I have a inflamed gland in my armpit and a kind of redness below my eyes. I can feel temparature in my body but it counts normal in the thermometer. I don t know whether it is relevant or not that I have numbness and tringling in my thumb and pointing finger. Sir, can u pls recommend what should I do now? I am in a total disastrous situation as u might assume. Thank u for ur time.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms cam be related to an infection. The inflamed lymph nodes in the armpit are usually reactive lymph nodes which swallow in he presence of an infection in the system. I recommend doing a complete blood count for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three time a day for relief. I also recommend taking a vitamin C supplement.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
