What Causes Fatigue Along With Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi! Thank you for your time, first off. I have what feels like the flu (vomiting, fatigue, weakness). I m wondering if men ever get lower abdominal pain and/or a heavy feeling for their testicles and groin area? I ve never felt so sick in my life. I am a 26 year old male with no problems earlier with groin and tested heaviness or feeling weird . I ve also been feeling ill for a few days now. Should I go see my primary physician or a urologist? Any and all help would be appreciated tremendously. I also want to mention that I saw my primary physician yesterday about soap irritation on my pens causing a minor red rash that lasts a short time after using harsh soaps like axe (I rarely use that also, I usually use gentle soap like Dove). We both agreed it was just erythema and nothing to be worried about. I have barely any seal history ( a couple blow jobs and hand job, a bit of kissing). I m a straight, usually healthy male that is often active besides the last couple months. I try to sleep on my back most of the time too since sleeping on my stomach puts some pressure on my testes but I feel like I slept a bit in my stomach a few nights ago. Thank you again for any input! I really hope this subsides in a few days or so. Also, my testes and scrotum don t feel tender or sore to touch or are bruised or red. I feel like my testes are a little smaller than normal too. My doctor doesn t think I have any stds or any major problems with my overall health too. I hope I was thorough enough to describe my situation. Again thank you for your time and input!!!
