What Causes Fatigue Along With Nausea And Headache?

I have had flu symptoms going on 3 weeks. Started with waves of fatigue,nausea, headache, soar throat on a lighter level (I continued work and exercise) 2nd week fatigue increased a bit (went to work, no exercise) starting 3rd week went to doctor as it seemed worse and the next day everything was way worse. Was in bed last 3 days down out of work all week and Thurs. fog lifted and I got to 95% feeling like I could go to work. Went to be and woke up dehydrated because i had not been drinking water and felt like I went back to square one. I hydrated all morning gatorade and lots of water (my urine is clear). I am down again with constant nausea, foggy, feels like equilibrium is off and cold hands. It has been such a strange virus if that is what it is

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from post viral illnesses may be due to such fatigue-inducing or fatigue transmitting substances are cytokines, including interferon. Also you may be suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome. so check for low hemoglobin or hypothyroidism may aggravate the fatigue. Drink plenty of liquids, use tablet Levocarnitine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
