What Causes Fatigue Along With Nausea And Weakness?

By bf fell 12ft onto concrete landing on his side. He has a large bruise on his side. His stomach swelled up for 2 days. He had lots of pain. Nausea.. Dizziness.. And he gets real tired and passes out. He is also peeing blood. He refuses to go to the er. I am very worried. Please help. Thank you

I think that you need to take your boyfriend into the emergency room right away. Urinating blood is never normal and given his mechanism of injury (falling 12 feet) onto his side and having abdominal swelling as well makes me concerned for injury to the ureter and his tiredness and passing out that you describe make me concerned for an ongoing process, possibly even ongoing internal bleeding. I would recommend he go to an emergency room immediately.
