What Causes Fatigue Along With Nauses And Stomach Ache?
hi. I have a question. I have been feeling drained, have nausea, thrown up once, stomach pain, hardly a appetite, and feeling very full for the past week. I had my gallbladder removed last year and appendix in 1994. also, my rheumatology dr said my ANA level was high....... any possible thought?
If the ANA level is high, I suggest you start corticosteroid. Generally, prednisolone is given. For nausea, antiemetic, ondansetron can be taken.
I also suggest whole abdomen USG You can also take NSAID if your stomach pains too much.
Take no alcohol, oily foods, etc
USG report is vital. Also, you should post another question with 1. USG report 2. more symptoms you face 3. any rash, fever you have or not? 4. which side stomach pains? 5. complete blood test
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
