General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

All these symptoms indicate that you need a careful and detailed clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations to come to a proper diagnosis so that proper management can be done.
Most probably related to your Gastrointestinal system as you can not digest anything as per your history.
Hence you need the following:
Tests for stool for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood for tuberculosis, typhoid and so on.
X-ray of the chest.
Ultrasonography of abdomen. All these as basic tests and further investigations as needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
