What Causes Fatigue Along With Sleep Apnea And Low Libido?

I have had fatigue most of my life. I have always had a nervous leg so to speak or move both. I have sleep apnea and I have begun to get more irritable as time goes by (not physical ever). I also have a low sex drive but have normal levels of testosterone. I m almost 50 yrs old. When I do have low energy I can work out and it gives me energy and I have no problem going for a run.

Your problem is just the so called Atheroscleosis or thickening of the blood vessel walls of medium caliber. There are multiple causes. The most important ones are -Smoking Tobacco and type A personality-highly driven ambitious, fright and flight prone people that usually get the typical Syndrome X at an early age. Syndrome X is a combination of Diabetic Cardiac and Kidney symptoms. So it will be a good idea to get your blood pressure and Blood Sugar readings and if possible to get your good and bad cholesterol values.

STOP SMOKING immediately if you do.

For health supplements, please try to get your Vit D levels if you can and also Iron levels too. Otherwise your diagnosis is straightforward from your symptoms of the tiredness going away when you work out and being able to run later on .

Sleep apnea is really of concern in today's world when everyone is having high blood pressure. It is a treatable cause of hypertension if this is the correct diagnosis.

As far as diet is concerned, you can do well with a lot of berries and grapes and cherries. These so called odd fruit have got enough Phytochemicals to boost your immunity, discourage aging process and improving sex life.

About aphrodisiacs, take my word-don't take any. Most are steroids or undefined herbal products that decrease the quality of life in the long run only. Ando also as Timothy Leary has also said,"Intelligence is the best aphrodisiac."
