What Causes Fatigue Along With Sore Muscles And Ear Ache?
I have had fatigue and sore muscles for 3 weeks, on and off from work and struggling migraines and burning eyes right ear hurts and sluggish. I though I was getting better and this morning I have a smell of cleanser I have and my chest feels right. Do I have pnemonia

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
