What Causes Fatigue Along With Sore Throat And Headache?

I have not felt well x 3 weeks. fatigue, sore throat, headache, body aches, nausea and diarrhea, chills and low grade fever. I might feel well x a week and then I am down right in bed. Today I went to Dr and he ordered chest X-ray and CBC, both came back normal. He prescribed me Augmentin. A flu swab was taken and results are not back. Is this something viral and will the antibiotic help or not?

Hello,

It seems to be generalized viral infection but can be bacterial as well because symptoms are since two to three weeks.

Please follow the following treatment plan:
- Maintain hydration with lots of water
- Vital Z like electrolyte powder taken for replenish lost electrolyte
- Avoid excess spicy foods
- Fruit juice should be taken more
- Complete the course of prescribed antibiotic

If still no improvement, then stool routine micro examination and occult blood test done.
