What Causes Fatigue Along With Sore Throat?

I started feeling bad, low energy, sore throat, very sore on the sides of my neck, wide thick yellowish bands down each side of my throat and didn t sleep well at all last night kept waking up because my throat was sore. Just wondering if it s strep and if it is can I wait and see someone tomorrow about it? I worked all day and barely made it, I do not want to go anywhere but my bed.

Read your query as you have fatigue along with sore throat this can be due to throat infection for this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for examination of throat . Inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin and allegra by consulting with local doctor.
