What Causes Fatigue Along With Swollen Lymph Nodes And Appetite Loss?
I am getting blood take tomorrow. I have been experiencing extreme lethargy , swollen lymph nodes, loss of appetite, for over a year off and on. I have also gotten chronic uti. Need a diagnosis. Also I have ibs. Can t tolerate stress. Been researching SEID....CFS? Thoughts.....
There can be multiple reasons for the chronic fatigue with lymph nodes enlargement as tuberculosis, lymphoma, HIV or so forth. Should consult your GP for primary evaluation clinically with needed tests of laboratory, X-ray with or without lymph node biopsy for in depth pathological diagnosis, on the basis of which there will be all curative therapy figured out.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
