What Causes Fatigue Along With Weakness In The Legs And Poor Memory?

My husband has extreme fatigue, no energy, falls frequently due to weakness in his legs, poor memory... All of these symptoms only occur late in the afternoon and evening. He has slight COPD and wears a c-pap for sleep apnea. Can you give me some possibilities?

general examination should be done complete hemogram. exclude diabetes and hyper tension. sleep apnoea should be treated and take advise from competent physician can consult pulmunologist.for examination and advise on treatment.any deficiancy detected should be treated.
