Hello,

Fatigue and delay in getting periods can happen due to other causes other than pregnancy. Kindly get a urine pregnancy test done to know whether you are pregnant or not. If it is negative, your delay in periods could be due to hormonal imbalance. Fatigue could be due to nutritional cause like iron deficiency anemia.

However, you would need few more investigations like blood test and ultrasound scan to arrive at the diagnosis as to what could be the underlying cause. Kindly consult obstetrician in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S
