What Causes Fatigue And Bloating With Negative HPT?

I am a 20 year old female and I have recently been fatigued, bloated, cramped and overall not feeling well, my fiance says I've been particularly emotional and irritable as well (then again I'm not feeling well either). My period started the 16th and ended abruptly on the 17th. I've taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Any other ideas on what it could be?
