What Causes Fatigue And Bodyache While Suffering From Hypoglycemia?

I have already been diagnosed with reactive hypoglycemia, I used to only have a low blood sugar episode about 1 1/2 hours after eating sugary foods. recently though I have been getting lethargy, body aches and tingling of my whole body with in 30 minutes of eating any sugary foods.

blood sugar should be repeatedly tested. glycolated haemoglobin should be tested and consult dibetologist for advise on treatment and dieat control.
