What Causes Fatigue And Bodyache?

I have type 2 diabetes. I take metformin hcl, metropolol succinate, atorvastatin and amitriptyline hcl. I have been taking these for at least 3 years. Several days every week I am very tired and achy all over. Is this most likely side effects of the medication?

Tiredness can be due to hypoglycaemia induced by oral hypoglycaemic drugs.
Bodyaches may be due to drug atorvastatin.
You need to meet your treating doctor to do fasting glucose level.You can discuss about all these problems with him/her to consider change in medications or their dosages.
