Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Consult pulmunologist for lung field assesment. For any problem related to treatment, you have to consult your treating doctor. Nothing wrong in taking ventolin and advair drug but doses are to be adjusted.

Bronchodyl can be given. At any cost, Bronchospasm is to be controlled. May be allergic to cosmatics, a pet in house, or some food and drink. Such things are to be isolated and you should keep distance from them. Pollen in air may be other cause so allergy test can be done and allergen is to be isolated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar Dash
