What Causes Fatigue And Breathlessness While Treating COPD?
For about a week I ve had no energy and short of breath walking across a room feels like I have walked a mile I have copd but I m not congested nor coughing much the left side just below my shoulder blade it feels like I ve pulled a muscle hurts when I breath

You have to consult pulmonologoist or cardiologist for your examination..
Your work up done as follow...
-Auscultation
-Spirometry to assess severity
-EKG
-Echo only if needed
As you have COPD problem, EKG like above investigation useful for rule out cardiac failure if present
According to cause further specific treatment given
Regular exercise, avoidance of smoking are needed for controlling COPD
If COPD severe enough than ipratropium bromide like inhaler useful
