General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

This appears that you are probably suffering from gastritis which is not rare in patients with anxiety.

I would suggest taking some antacids like gaviscon and omeprazole. Hope it would be fine. Sometimes it may be related to drugs so if you have started any new drug.

If it doesn't settle then you may see your doctor for proper assessment and management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
