General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You would be the best person to know whether she is not herself.

If you think that she appears tired then you should be assessed.

This assessment should include history , physical examination and blood tests.

The blood tests would be for full blood count and ESR. The blood count would determine if she is anemic since you note that she is pale with little energy.
It can also determine if any infection is present that may be contributing to her symptoms.

The ESR is a marker for inflammation, it goes up with any infection, trauma, allergy or cancer in the body.

Blood tests can also be done to assess for dehydration

I hope this helps
