What Causes Fatigue And Dizziness Along With Appetite Loss?
I had surgery last December and now have an illeostomy. I have increased creatine and problems with diahrreah. My creatine is now 2.7. last week it was 1.2. could I havr addisons disease? Iam weak, dizzy, vomiting, no appetite, lost 20 pounds,Pain in legs and arms.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
That is not a possibility. Its due to much fluid you are loosing through stool and Renal perfusion is hampered. So Creatinine goes up. Consult your gastroenterologist for opinion and as the perfusion increase, kidney function will improve.
